Shipping, returns, and warranties

To ensure low prices, we ship from our international manufacturers directly to your doorstep.

Globally (including United States and Australia): 

  • Shipping times usually take somewhere between 13 to 20 days.
  • SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

Because we partner with international manufacturers and aim to ship direct from manufacturer to you, items are more likely to come in separate shipments rather than be shipped together and so may arrive at different times.  

ORDER PROTECTION

Whilst our postal system is very reliable, occasionally parcels do go missing in transit. For this reason we offer a 35 day order protection policy. If your package hasn't arrived within 35 days of the shipping date we will offer a full refund or send you another identical item. 

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your band, we offer a 60 day money back guarantee. Contact us via the chatbox if you find you are in any way unsatisfied.

EXCHANGES

If your product is damaged or defected, or you have been sent the wrong item, we will happily exchange or refund the product.

WARRANTY

We have a 3 month warranty on all our products. For faulty bands we can offer exchange or refunds. Once we receive the faulty product and have inspected it, we refund your account that you used for the original purchase, or send you a replacement band (your choice).
